Replacing EEC System

Submit external transactions and assign subaccounts in response to customer survey feedback and the availability of newer technology. The current system relies on Java applet architecture, which will be replaced to improve system performance and address cybersecurity vulnerabilities. The new application will be named the New England External Transaction Tool (NEXTT).
