As part of the FTR FERC Order for Balancing Congestion, PJM Line Item ‘Day Ahead Transmission Congestion Credit’ will change from ID 2210 to 2211 with the addition of 2 new Line Items “2215: Balancing Transmission Congestion Credit” and “2415: Balancing Transmission Congestion Load Reconciliation Credit”. These changes, along with the new MSRS report downloads, are effective 6/1/2017.
