Market participants will now be capable of offering up to $2,000/MWh in eMKT and Markets Gateway. Cost-based offers exceeding $2,000/MWh will require prior approval by PJM and cannot include the 10% adder. Price-based offers are capped at the greater of $1,000/MWh or the corresponding cost-based offer, but cannot exceed $2,000/MWh in any case. This market change was effective as of December 14, 2015.
