Arizona Public Service (APS) and Puget Sound Energy (PSE) are both slated to go live with the CAISO Energy Imbalance Market on October 1, 2016. As part of readiness procedures CAISO published the updated structured testing scenarios that will apply to both APS and PSE. The document includes 15 scenarios in total.
