The California ISO posted the technical specification documents for the Open Access Same-Time Information System (OASIS) application release version 6.9.x and Customer Market Results Interface (CMRI) application release version 6.13.x as part of the fall 2016 deployment. The technical documents for OASIS include the additional application programming interfaces (API) for the EIM Transfer by Tie, Sufficiency Evaluation Demand Forecast and EIM Hourly Base Loss reports. The CMRI updates focus on Bid cost recovery and variable energy resource settlements, Energy Imbalance year 1 enhancements phase 2, flexible ramping product, forecasting and data transparency as well as outlining web services that will be decommissioned.
