PJM ADDS CAPACITY PERFORMANCE LINE ITEMS

As part of the Capacity Performance market changes, PJM will be adding new line items 1611: CP Transitional Locational Reliability Charge, 1668: Non-Performance Charge, and 2668: Bonus Performance Credit. These line items will become effective on 6/1/2016.
